This bright and airy chalet is right on the water. You can sit on your deck and watch your family or group go boating or jumping of your private dock into the lake. There is a paddle boat for your use.

Sleeps 10 in beds or 12 including couches. There are 3 queens and 2 bunks for sleeping and a couple of pull-out couches.

There is a stone fireplace for those chilly Vermont evenings. The finished basement has sliders to the water. There is a family room for the kids and a bunk room in the basement. The main floor has a large open living area that is great for entertaining or just relaxing. The sliders go to a deck with a bbq and deck chairs. Good location and a short drive to Ludlow and is the center of summer activities.

Summer weekly rental is $1200 per week.
Rentals are from Sat - Sat during July and August.
Other dates on request.
Plus 9% Vermont state rooms tax, plus setup, linens, rubbish, and cleaning charge for a total of 15%.
Returnable security/damage deposit required.

Ski Season Rental: Nov 1 - Apr 30, 2011 $12,000.
