To our valued customers and vacation rental property owners, we have temporarily suspended the service of VermontProperty until at least April 15, 2020 if not longer.  Because of Covid-19, Governor Scott has issued a statewide closure of all lodging facilities including short term vacation rentals. This directive went into effect March 24 and applies until April 15, but may well be extended.  As a result,  if you are a property owner, you must terminate any current short term rentals and cancel any future rentals scheduled to take place during this period.  Governor Scott has also ordered that all visitors to the Vermont from outside the state under go a mandatory 14-day self quarantine.  In short, if you are thinking of traveling to Vermont for a short term visit, we highly encourage you not to do so until further notice.  There are of course exceptions such as providing housing for essential health care workers, but before hosting anyone please contact the state first.  At the current time, it is our intention to extend the subscriptions of our customers by the number of days we are offline once we are back in service.   We also recognize that discontinuing our service is not perfect, especially for those hoping to book rentals later this summer, but for now, it is the only way we can make sure that everyone is aware and complies.  Thank you for your understanding and support. We wish you all best in the days and weeks ahead and look forward to working with you again in the near future. Thank you.
