This private home is nestled in the woods on Lake Raponda with lawns each side of house. It has its own dock with use of canoe. Lake is excellent for swimming, fishing and boating. Golf courses at Mt. Snow and Stratton are minutes away. There is a boat launch at north end of lake for larger boats.

House has wraparound deck with newly rebuilt kitchen, 2 bathrooms, great room with fieldstone fireplace and dining area. The 17' living room opens onto the deck with furniture and grill. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with double bed, the other with queen bed. The loft has 1 double and 4 single beds. The ground level, with its own entrance, has a cozy sitting room.

Shopping center is 3 miles away in Wilmington. No pets.

Available July, August, September
Summer rates: $1,500 per week, including VT room tax. Plus deposit.
Winter season: $7,500 plus utilities.
