House: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 7. Broad wrap-around porch to relax and view the lake. Screened dining porch.
Cottage: 1 room plus bath, sleeps 2 in twin beds (can convert to King), and 1 on daybed. Offers a quiet retreat from the hub-bub of the main house. Shares main house kitchen.
Fifteen minute drive to Shelburne Museum, Mt. Philo (family hiking), or the Charlotte, VT/Essex, NY ferry.
Thirty minutes from both Burlington and Middlebury.

$1875 (plus 9% VT rooms tax and refundable deposit) June and September (minimum 4 nights)
