Comfortable two-bedroom lakefront cottage in Bridport VT with great views of the lake and Adirondack Mountains. We are located 20 minutes away from the Middlebury College area. In addition to enjoying lake activities, it’s a great area for biking, shopping, antiquing, golfing or visiting the many historic places in VT and New York. Within 1 -1 ½ hours you can be in the Shelburne and Burlington area. You can also cross the Crown Point Bridge and be at Fort Ticondoroga, Lake George or Saratoga within an 1 - 2 hours' scenic drive.
The cottage is fully furnished with a pellet stove to keep you cozy on a chilly day early or late in the season. The kitchen and living room has an open floor plan which opens onto an upper deck. The outside features an additional lower deck with stairs leading to the lake, a gas grill and a dock.
Check in time Saturday 3:00 PM. Check out time Saturday 10:00 AM.

Rates:
May 30 – June 26: $800 weekly
June 27 – September 5: $850 weekly
50% Non-refundable deposit due with signed contract to reserve
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Fees:
9% State of Vermont Tax
$75 cleaning fee
$250 refundable security deposit after inspection.
