This is the original home of Edna's Garden, a well-known herb farm, and is now privately owned and cared for by the owner.
Three bedrooms: 1 Calif. king in master, with 2 twins and one double upstairs. Pullout couch in den wing for alternate sleeping arrangements. Two full baths (full tub & a shower) one up & down, plus 1/2 off the master on first floor.
Fireplace in living room, maple floors on ground level, walk out to gardens and very large deck with stream, meadow. Renovated in early 90's with all the conveniences, yet the charm of an 1850's home. Sunny views facing gardens, lovely schoolhouse windowed entrance wing and country dining room, large eat-in kitchen, seating for 8, with marble counter-top.
