Three bedrooms. 1st floor bedroom with a queen bed. Two bedrooms on second floor, 1 with 3 twin beds and 1 with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Quiet room in walkout basement for reading and relaxing.

Large lawn for lawn games and firepit.

Kitchen stocked with basic cooking utensils. Linens provided. Washer and dryer on site. Wifi internet access. Charcoal grill. Keurig.

Watercraft are not provided.

One hour to Jay Peak. 45 Minutes to Burke Ski Area and Kingdom Trails. 30 minutes to Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Close to Barton fairgrounds and Barton Golf Club, Shadow Lake and Crystal Lake. Easy access to the VAST trail system. Beautiful back roads for driving, bicycling or walking.

$1,200/week plus 9% meals & room tax plus $200 damage deposit. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. 8 people maximum.

50% of total amount due at reservation, balance due 14 days prior to stay.
