50% deposit with reservation, refundable on cancelation only if the property is rented to another tenant; 50% balance due by May 15, along with the additional
9% Vermont room tax due on the first 30 days of any rental and $300 refundable security deposit. One well-behaved pet, only upon request! A $100 cleaning fee per pet, per week is required.
Weekly rentals start SATURDAY at 3PM and end the following SATURDAY at 10AM. One week minimum rental.
