We are now a 1 month minimum rental property, at $9,000.00 a month plus $500 refundable security deposit, and a 350-$450 cleaning fee.
Weekly rate is $3550.00 Plus 10% Vermont rooms tax for up to 10 adults + $350-$450 cleaning fee
We allow One dog of 40 Lbs or less, as we have hardwood floors on the main level pet fee of $100.00 per stay
Our rates include, heat, electric, plowing in the winter and mowing in the summer. Trash & recycling removal is also included. As well as firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Our housekeeper is available to clean, during your seasonal rental.
