This home is exclusively designed as a vacation rental, and no one lives in this home. When you open a dresser drawer it is empty and ready for your clothes. Each of the 3 bedrooms has an in suite full bathroom. The Main level is accessible with a access ramp. The Master Bathroom has a zero threshold tile shower, accessible height toilet and sink.
The Kitchen has a wide space around the large island, with the microwave placed low for accessibility. The controls for the electric oven and gas range are up front for accessibility. Everyone get their own private space, and can gather for meals and entraining in the common areas. The house has an open floor plan so, everyone can enjoy the large main level or the lower family room. The house is on 3.8 acres of open meadow and there is a fire pit outside to enjoy a fire! We are two miles from the center of Manchester and all it has to offer, shopping, grocer stores, gourmet food markets, from street vendors to fine dining Manchester has it all.
This home is a 12 minute drive to Bromley Mountain, and 20 min drive to Stratton mountain. The Historic town of Dorset is a 7 mile drive for more dining options. There is Golf 4 miles away at The Equinox Golf Club and out stand resort course. Historic Robert Todd Lincoln's Hildene, is 5 miles, Merck Forest and Farm land center is 10 miles. There are lots of things to do to enjoy Vermont! Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, biking, to name a few.
We are now a one month minimum property, $8000 a month plus $500 refundable security deposit! Please talk to me, If you wish to stay lounger than one month, as we offer a seasonal discounted rate. We offer weekly rentals in April, May & Nov. Weekly rate of $2800 plus 10% Vermont rooms tax includes up to 8 adults.
All rentals are subject to An additional cleaning fee of $250-$350 depending on number of adults and if there is a pet. We prefer one dog under 40 lbs. as we have hardwood floors.
Our rates include, heat, electric, plowing in the winter and mowing in the summer.Trash & recycling removal is also included. As well as firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Our housekeeper is available to clean, during your seasonal rental.
