30 X 12 foot deck spans the front of the house and has outdoor dining table, seating area and a Weber propane grill. Seating at lakeside on 20' x 10' aluminum and cedar dock sections. Boat dock extends out 28 feet and will accommodate a pontoon boat if you bring or rent one.
Occupancy of the house is limited to four persons at all times. Parking is restricted to two cars at all times. The house is located on Ferncliff Rd, a dead end street with a 14 foot wide paved area. There is no parking on the street and the sloped area above and below the road is too steep to allow parking on the edge of pavement. 2 kayaks provided.
