A Vermont castings gas fireplace to take the chill off cool nights.
The bathroom is on 1st floor with a large tiled shower (no tub). A spiral staircase leads up to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling, skylights and a great view of the lake and mountains. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, built in dressers and a bookcase with games, puzzles and books, cable, flat screen TV w/BluRay DVD player. Large walk in closet. The second floor is done in pine beadboard paneling with a ceiling fan over the queen-sized bed.
Enjoy the outdoors from the 20 ft aluminum/cedar dock with swim ladder or from the bluestone patio that is adjacent to the entrance to the cottage. Enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing or just relaxing in the sun. Hiking, shopping and antiquing nearby. Occupancy limited to two people at all times, parking to one vehicle due to our location on a narrow dead end road.
Weekly rentals from Saturday 4PM to Saturday 10AM.
One bedroom cottage rents for $1925/week for July and August. Add $100 cleaning fee to that amount.
Add 9% Vermont rooms tax and refundable security deposit of $400.Spring and fall rentals for $1600/ week plus 9% Vt tax and $400 security deposit and $100 cleaning fee. No winter rentals. Season is from May 1 to Late October, Saturday to Saturday only. No nightly or weekend rentals. Cottage is restricted to 2 people at all times, no visitors and one vehicle. A signed rental agreement is required. Violation of occupancy and parking limits results in forfeiture of security deposit. Vermont tax collected by owner and submitted To Vermont Department of Taxes under Meals and Rooms tax License #MRT-10094617-001.
