Our guest house is attached to an 1820s farmhouse, modern and artfully designed. This is an alpaca farm and treks can be arranged for those animal-loving guests.
A short drive away are all amenities--skiing, Dartmouth College and hospital, Woodstock/Quechee, Harpoon brewery, Simon Pearce glass-blowing, shops, restaurants, galleries, equestrian/hiking/X-Country trails and more yet tucked away in a beautiful, quiet setting.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, all utensils, glassware, etc.), two bedrooms with comfy linens, bath w/ shower, large but cozy living room w/ wood stove, satellite TV, DVD, iPod dock, wireless, treadmill and games. We supply healthy breakfast items such as granola, yogurt, hearty breads, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice (and gladly accommodate any food allergies). Berries and veg's available from our garden during the summer!
Just steps from your door is a large in-ground pool and a pond with inviting Adirondack chairs beside it, perfect for reading and resting.
If seeking a lovely destination for your (small) wedding or civil ceremony, we offer several intimate locations right here on the grounds. We are also professional photographers, specializing in candid wedding photography and portraiture.
