This beautiful house is completely private and offers unique and spectacular views. The house features many windows and custom hardwood trim. It is like new. It sits on a quarter mile of riverfront, a short walk to the swimming holes. There's a cedar hot tub, Vermont Castings fireplace, deck, grill, miles of trails right out the back door for hiking or snowshoeing. Ideal for a summer vacation, leaf peeping and as a ski house. All wheel drive required in the winter. There's a salad garden in-season and wildlife abounds.
There are two bedrooms upstairs, plus a sleeping cubby. The main floor is open and includes an entryway, foyer, large bathroom, fully supplied kitchen, eating area and living room. Down stairs in the finished basement is the third bedroom and a washer and dryer. There's cable television in the living room and the downstairs bedroom. Wireless high speed internet on an open network throughout.
All linens are included, maid service is available, cleaning charges are included. It is very comfortable but not large. Maximum capacity is six adults and two children. Cannot accommodate eight adults.
Hike, fish, hammock, hot tub, snowshoe, leaf-peep, all without leaving the property. Skiing, tennis, golf, biking, antiquing, dining, soaring all within a couple of miles.
