This new four-bedroom, four-bathroom house is conveniently located just down the hill from Mad River Glen and less than five minutes from Sugarbush. It is the perfect spot for a multi-family ski vacation or summer/fall getaway. Walk out the back door into the 2,700 Phen Basin State Forest.
There are two equally-sized second floor "master" bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and its own private tiled bathroom. An additional "guest" bedroom with queen-sized bed is on the main floor, and a lower level bunk room sleeps nine. In total, the house sleeps 15. Amenities include sun-filled open floor plan, granite kitchen, plasma TV, Wii, pool table, deck, grill and high efficiency wood burning fireplace. No pets (we have very bad allergies), no smoking and no large, rowdy parties. We love this place and know you will too!
