The Farm on Mad River is a five bedroom circa 1900 farmhouse, surrounded by the Mad River on 42 beautiful acres in Waitsfield. Accommodates 10-12 people and is perfect for families or large groups. 1.7 miles from Sugarbush Access Rd., 5 miles to Mad River Glen Ski resort. Two living rooms (one with fireplace); two full baths, dining room and professionally-styled kitchen. Excellent swimming in summer; cross country skiing on property in winter. Close to town, shopping, dining, entertainment; two cross country ski areas. Fully-equipped and well-appointed. Available long-term; short-term or for ski season. Dogs welcomed.

Available for 2009/10 ski season rental, the property can be leased for the full season, monthly, weekly or under our “Weekends Only” package, requiring a minimum commitment of five weekends during the winter season at $1200/weekend. Other weekends may then be added at weekends only rates, or holiday weekends, holiday periods can be added at holiday rates. Utilities are included in these rates, along with snow and trash removal.

CHRISTMAS 2009 SPECIAL: $700/night, 5 night minimum.
SKI WEEKENDS-ONLY PLAN: (5 weekend minimum) $1200/weekend.
Additional weekends may be added, including holiday weekends at holiday rates.

2009 Summer Special Rates: $2800/week, normally $4900/week! $400/night, normally $700/night!

The Farm on Mad River's beautiful location is a fine place for family vacations, reunions, or groups, and is available on a daily, or on a weekly basis.
