The bright and airy main level features a cathedral ceiling, wood burning fireplace, fully applianced kitchen and an open living/dining floorplan. Cable TV & Hi Speed Internet. Great for entertaining after a day on the slopes. Neat and clean. This is a non-smoking house. Well-behaved dogs considered.

2010/2011: Ski Seasonal Rental (11/15 - 4/15 or 11/30 - 4/30):
$11,500 + utilities, security deposit, $200 cleaning charge at end of rental & $20 per person named on lease to run credit check(s).

November 15 - April 15:
$550/night Weekend (2 night minimum)
$350/night Midweek (2 night minimum)
$600/night - Holiday (3 night nimimum)

A Security deposit equal to one night's stay will be required for all short term rentals plus $200 cleaning charge and credit check fee of $20 per person named on lease.
