2009/2010 Ski Seasonal Rental (11/15 - 4/15 or 11/30 - 4/30):
$13,000 + utilities, security deposit, $150 cleaning charge at end of rental & $20 per person named on lease to run credit check(s).

November 15 - April 15:
$550/night Weekend (2 night minimum)
$350/night Midweek (2 night minimum)
$600/night - Holiday (3 night nimimum)

A Security deposit will be required for all short term rentals plus $150 cleaning charge and credit check fee of $20 per person named on lease.
