Wood Stove, living room, dining room, satellite TV/VCR, bar room with pool table and dart board, washer/dryer. Large covered deck with great views and BBQ. Great for a large family or two smaller families. Sleeps 10 - 12. One mile to National Forest. Hiking, mountain biking, swimming, snowmobile trails all very close. 10 minutes to Stratton Mountain, 15 minutes to Mt. Snow for ski or golf. Please bring your own towels and sheets (1 queen and 2 double beds as well as 2 double futons).

Winter rental: Partial season, half share or full season with a few owners weekends.
Please contact us directly to inquire about availability and our current rental rates. Rates are based on the season, length of stay and number of guests. We ask for a three-night minimum stay.
Additional Terms
A 50% deposit will be required to secure a rental. A security deposit will be included in the agreed upon rental price and returned after the house has been inspected.
