Beckwith Rentals strives to be "Stowe's luxury rental agent"®. We define luxury as 'responsible and appropriate'. We have a price guarantee that says we will try and match any price you find elsewhere for one of our properties. We also guarantee the property will be 'hotel clean' upon your arrival - if it is not, we'll make it hotel clean on us! We try to use environmentally clean products in the houses we manage, and we stock our properties with locally-made products. We work hard at minimizing the impact of our guests' visits while also providing full service and immaculate properties. Suggestions/feedback encouraged.

Our properties range from 1 to 7 bedrooms and 1 to 7 bathrooms, and sleep 1 to 16 people. We have beautiful properties ranging from quaint village cottages, to cozy hillside condos, to private country homes to spacious slopeside lodging. Some are modern homes, some are western in design and some are country! All are immaculate and well maintained.

Additional amenities often available include hot tubs, spa access, entertainment systems, grills, etc. If what you want is not there, we'll work hard at making sure it is there for your arrival.

We accept renters year round. All houses have a nightly rate to which we add a departure cleaning fee and 10% tax. There is also a Security Deposit due just before arrival. Please note that all reservations require 50% down and are non-refundable (*unless we can rebook the property). We accept all credit cards - some restrictions apply.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. Typically a week stay gets 1 - 2 nights off the nightly rate (non-holiday). Winter & summer seasonal rentals are also available.
