Property offers a large fireplace upstairs in an open living room and full kitchen area. One full bath with two (2) bedrooms, sleeper sofa in living room. Downstairs family room has large bedroom with one queen and two doubles. Gas fireplace in the family room. Bathroom with a shower, washer and dryer. More sleeping area can be added.

Winter season rental: November 16, 2009 through last day of April 2010 for $7,000.
Security deposit $1,000 due at lease signing.
$7,000 paid within 30 days of signing of lease. Snow removal is included. Leasee pays all utilities. Rental does not include 10% VT sales tax.
There is wood ready to burn in the fireplace. No charge!
Renting by Holiday weeks MAY BE CONSIDERED.
