A perfect size group would be anywhere from just one couple up to two or three adult couples with maybe up to five or six little ones.

While there are only two "conventional" bedrooms in this vacation home (one of which is part of a self contained (but included in rental) "mother-in-law apartment" on the lower level, there is also an enclosed queen size sleeping loft..and a small (queen) additional bedroom that we call "the cave" because the roof of the house slopes down into it...kind of like sleeping in the cabin of a boat - minus the motion of the ocean.
Plus extra futons and sleeping nooks.

This all season log vacation home is available year round. Non-holiday rates are $975 per week in summer and $975 per weekend in winter. Holiday rates vary and are available upon request. Other than the 9% "Rooms Tax" imposed by the State of Vermont (which applies to all rentals under 31 days) and a fully refundable security/cleaning deposit (usually $200), there are no hidden costs or extra charges of any kind.

Sheets and towels are furnished, snowplowing and sanding of the driveway in winter, year round utilities (including propane filled BBQ tanks), fully loaded satellite dish, high speed internet connection, firewood and trash pick-up are all included in the rental fee.
