Our home sleeps 8 overlooking picturesque Lake Pauline. Two queen bedrooms and covered porch view the lake. 3rd bedroom has a full size futon, twin bunk and TV/VCR/DVD. 2.5 bathrooms with a whirlpool bath.
Open floor plan, wood burning fireplace, TV/DVDs, game room with pool table. Well equipped kitchen, mud area/closet, washer/dryer, gas grill and ski locker, wireless internet. Level driveway.
Winter: Skating, sledding, horseback riding, downhill and cross country skiing - all short distances away. ¼ mile to VAST trails, 4 miles to Okemo; 12 miles to Killington's Bear Mountain area and Skyeship gondola.
Summer: Ride in the canoe, kayak or rowboat; take a swim; enjoy family & friends around the campfire. Excellent fishing from the backyard, other nearby lakes with public launches, and the Black River. Golf, horseback riding, hiking, adventure parks, antiquing, (did we mention lounging), kayak & mountain bike rentals a short distance away.

Rates for up to 8 people:
Week $1,500
Non-Summer night $300 (minimum 2 nights)
Holiday periods $2,000 per week
April 15 – June 15; September 15 – November 15: week $1,200; night $200.
All rentals less than 31 days: add $100 cleaning, plus 9% VT Rooms tax.
