The first floor is open with kitchen, dining room, large living room with woodstove. Full baths on each floor. Washer/dryer. Cable TV/DVD. Beautiful view of lake and mountains with lovely sunsets. Gas grill, deck furniture, lawn chairs, picnic table, campfire pit, dock, shallow water front. Linens and towels included. NO smoking. Dogs considered.
All season activities including swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, blueberry picking with biking on Kingdom Trails only 15 minutes away in Burke. Watercraft available includes a canoe, 2 kayaks and a paddle boat. The location and the amenities provide an excellent site for snowmobile activities with direct access to VAST snowmobile trails. Ice fishing, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing make this a winter wonderland. Downhill skiing at Burke and Jay Peak.
