Three bedrooms (each with queen bed), three bathrooms, two living areas. Property is in a quiet private development 3.5 miles east of Jay Peak skiing and golf, close to the VAST trail, fishing, boating, school, hiking and 1/4 mile to country store/gas station and restaurant.
Front load washer, dryer, ceramic in bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen has large refrigerator with ice and water on the door, cook top electric stove, and island bar. Entry area has boot-heating stations, and cubbies to store ski clothing. The house has an open dining, living, kitchen area.
Extras include fireplace, large sun porch, air exchanger, central vacuum and hard-wired carbon monoxide detectors, cable, HD TV, high-speed internet. Unlimited U.S. and Canada phone service. No smoking. Prefer No pets.
