Three bedrooms (2 in winter) full size, twins as bunks, twins that convert to king, full bath, large breezeway for extra living space, central heat, garage for storage. Easy winter access. Includes gas grill, charcoal grill, microwave, TV/VCR/DVD/CD, rowboat, canoe, firewood, filtered well-water, picnic table, patio furniture, fully equipped kitchen with staples provided, books and games.
The home is constantly being updated with new windows, flooring, bedding and kitchen. A new aluminum dock with ladder was added in 2008. A boat launch dock is also available. Kayaks can be rented in Lyndonville.
Newark Pond is close to Lake Willoughby, Island Pond, Burke Mtn. ski area, VAST snowmobile trails. Pets (dogs) are considered with an additional $25 per week charge per dog. No smoking inside or outside.

September through June = $600 per week plus 9% VT rooms tax
July & August = $800 per week (Sat. to Sat.) plus 9% VT rooms tax
Weekends (when available) two or three nights = $325 plus 9% VT rooms tax
Dogs must be pre-approved by lessor. Dog charge is $25 per week per dog
