Close to other lakes, hiking trails, cross-country and downhill ski areas, places to bicycle. Set on 10 acres with lovely open gardens and large lawn and beautiful established perennial beds. Private meadow behind garden for star-gazing. There are some nice restaurants close by.
Every season offers something wonderful. Spring, lovely shades of green and flowers appear, summer brings warm days, fresh vegetables and relaxed evenings. Winter is white with glistening ice crystals on the trees, fall is awesome, the leaves magically turn vibrant colors.
Two bedrooms, both have queen-size beds; one bath. Gas-log fireplace in living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. Washer and dryer and central vac. All linens provided. Everything on ground-level to make it handicap accessible. One-car garage. Private patio with gas grill and lawn furniture. No smoking, pets accepted upon owner approval.

$700 per week, plus VT Rooms tax of 9%.
Available year-round. Weekends available off-peak.
$125.00 per night minimum 2 nights
Christmas week $800.00
Christmas and New years weeks $1600.00
$100 security deposit is also required at time of booking. After house inspection, this will be returned to you.
One-half of rental fee required upon booking, and the remainder one month before arrival.
Rental time is from Sat. to Sat. - check in at 2 p.m. and out at 11 a.m. Some flexibility may be allowed upon approval.
Owner lives only 1/2 mile away and available to address rental needs.
