Custom-built year-round log home on 200+ acre Miles Pond; nicely decorated, cathedral ceiling, radiant heat, Jenn-Aire appliances, full downstairs bath w/Jacuzzi tub, 2nd upstairs bath; Dishnet TV, DVD, separate VCR-TV upstairs, laundry/mudroom. Three bedrooms: one king, one queen, two single beds, plus single sofa-bed & cot in upstairs TV area; sleeps eight. Linens, dishware, utensils, laundry/cleaning supplies included. Furnished upper and lower outdoor decks, gas grill on lower. Spacious semi-private lot, grassy yard, ample parking. Non-smoking, handicapped-accessible, kid-friendly.
Private dock & small beach on 280' water frontage. Just a minute's walk to an uncrowded public beach/picnic area, with comfortable temperature for swimming! Canoe, paddle boat, life vests. Excellent place for fishing (Bass, Perch, Pickerel, Sunfish), kayaking, snorkeling, birdwatching, boating, (state boat launch is next door for larger boats) and great walking/hiking trails nearby.
VAST snowmobile trail is right off the driveway. Cross-country ski and snowshoe from the doorway! Several major ski areas nearby in NH and VT (Burke, Bretton Woods, Cannon), with Stowe, Jay Peak, Waterville Valley & Wildcat just over an hour's drive. Great place to stay in style for hunting & ice-fishing season.

*Prime season (Memorial Day weekend to 1st week of September):
$1,200 (plus VT rooms tax of $108) Saturday to Saturday.
Christmas and New Years Weeks are at Prime season rates.
Off-season rates:
Sept.-June:$800/week/$385 weekend,plus 9% tax.
Days of arrival and departure are flexible.
*Weekend rates are for 2 nights, three days; extra night $150.
*Weeknight stays - $150/night with 2 night minimum stay.
Pet Policy: Pets must be pre-approved by rental owner; non-refundable fee of $100/week and $50/weekend applies in addition to rental rate.
Charge for more than 8 persons is $80/pp (weekly) or $40/weekend, with prior approval and payment.
