Available all year. Minimum two-night stays, Vermont 9% tax additional, security deposit required. Dogs considered, extra charge and deposit.
Rates 2010 (new current lower rates for 2010) : weekends $300 ; weeks $800; months $2400; additional charge for 7th and 8th person. Longer minimum stays required during some periods and some holiday periods. Seasonal rates (longer stays available on request). State tax is 9% additional.
To calculate a rate $100 per night plus a $100 check in/out fee, in general
for shorter stays and add 9% state tax.
