Beautiful Chalet at Chimney Hill, Special Summer Rates!
This lovely, spacious chalet is located at the Chimney Hill Private Resort Community. The clubhouse has heated indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, locker room, game room, children's games, movie room with nightly free movies, BYOB bar. Fishing/skating pond, basketball and tennis courts, all within walking distance from our house.
The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, plus loft, sleeps 10. Vaulted ceilings, ski/boot room, washer / dryer. Full kitchen with all comforts of home, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc....plus breakfast bar with stools. The dining room has 2 sliding doors that go out to the rear deck and also an open floor plan into the large living room with wood burning stove, cable TV, DVD/VCR, video library, CD stereo, video games, books, games.
Outside: two decks, grill, table and chairs, and a beautiful grass lawn backed up to woods. Mt. Snow and Haystack Ski area within ten minutes, and Lake Whitingham with boat rentals, golfing, hiking, fishing, mountain bike trails; fine dining, antiquing, factory outlets, and the Marlboro Music Festival. VAST and challenging snowmobile trails from our doorstep.
