This vacation home has everything you need for a great stay. The feel is rustic with the natural wood walls and cathedral ceilings, a huge floor to ceiling fireplace in the living room, and a wood stove in the family room. But you will also find most of the luxuries of home such as two TVs with DVD/VCRs at each TV, a small collection of movies, a stereo with hook-up for your iPod or MP3 player, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer and more.
The house is only a 15 minute drive from Mounts Snow. The setting is very private.

For warm weather renters: It is only a 10 minute walk through the woods (or a two minute drive) to the privately owned lake front area that we share with neighbors. We have a canoe stored right there for your use. There is a dock for relaxing and a wood raft anchored out in the water for sun bathing or jumping in the lake.

Ski weekends:
January-March non-holiday/holiday:
$750/$1100 for 2 or 3 nights (3rd night FREE)
New Years: ALREADY BOOKED
Around Christmas: $250 per night.
Spring/Fall 2010:
Non holiday: Weekend 2/3 nights: $525/$600; Week: $800.
Holiday weekend: $650 3 nights.
Summer 2010:
July and August weeks: $975 (Saturday to Saturday).
Plus VT rooms tax for all rentals 30 days or less, damage deposit and cleaning fee.
