Sleeping Arrangements:
The house has four private bedrooms (master bedroom – queen sized bed and a double sofa bed; two upstairs bedrooms equipped with one twin bed and one double bed; lower level room has two twin beds. There are additional sleeping locations in the family room (queen size pull out sofa) and the lower level (single sleeper sofa). Total sleeping space at present is twelve.

Weekly and weekend rentals - three night minimum.
Weekly rate is $3,500, year round, $500 per night; $1,000 security deposit on hold on a credit card or cash required.
Plus Vermont 9% rooms tax.
