Furnished two-bedroom cabin sleeps five. (Bring own sheets, pillowcases & towels.) Deck, fire ring, swimming, dock, canoe, fishing. Summer theater. Ten minutes to golf. Half hour to outlet shopping and historic sights. Saratoga racing within one hour. Canada within three hours.

Utilities included, no pets. A party boat if available at a rental rate of $70 per day.

Seasonal rental, Memorial Day to Labor Day: $4700.
Monthly rental (June, July, August or September): $2500.
We do not accept any rentals less than one month.

A $500 security deposit will be expected in addition to the rent and is fully refundable after inspection by the owner.
Minimum rental one month (31 days). A lease will be required prior to rental.
