This charming vacation rental overlooks scenic Lake Champlain in a protected bay and is a very popular vacation rental location. On your vacation, enjoy the property's dock, beautiful waterfront and swimming. Perfectly located right on Lake Champlain and only a short distance from the Alburgh Dunes State Park. Boat rentals available at our local marina (1/2 mile away).
The Aurora House amenities include master bedroom with queen-size bed and two rooms with full beds and a den with a bunk bed. Sleeps 8. Linens and towels provided. The house has 1 1/2 bathrooms and the whole house has been completely remodeled 2006. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. This vacation rental house includes further amenities: fireplace, DirecTV, DVD player, stereo with IPOD hookup, CD player. Sorry, no DSL. No phone - only emergency use.
Dog or cats welcome. Additional cleaning fee of $50 for pet. This is a non-smoking house.

$650 per week Nov 1, 2009 to May 21, 2010, $125 daily (minimum 3 days).
$1075 per week May 21 to June 25: (Weekly Only)
$1350 per week June 25 to Sept 10 (Weekly Only)
Weekly rentals from Saturday 4PM to Saturday 10AM.
No Early Check in. Check out is firm 10AM.
$800 per week Sept 10 to Oct 31, $125 daily (minimum 3 days).
Plus 9% VT room tax. Discount for Returning Renters.
Additional cleaning fee of $50 for pets. Security deposit required.
