Three flights of stairs bring you down to 128' of shale beach. There is heat throughout the home and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the next has 3 singles, and the living room has a pull-out queen sofa with a privacy curtain. One full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower and a half bath downstairs with a shower. Amenities include TV, DVD, CD, Hi-speed internet access, stereo, gas grill, teak table and chairs for outdoor dining, rocking chairs on porch, lounge chairs by the water, washer, dryer, all linens and a well-stocked kitchen. All furnishings are new. Absolutely no smoking, no pets.
