Wood floors. Relaxing lake views from both wraparound mid-level deck off great room and lower level deck and patio. Gentle slope to beach with boat launching access. Large level lawns perfect for entertaining, sports or just relaxing. No smoking please. Pre-approved pets ($25/pet/day).

Fall/Winter/Spring (Sept 12, 2009 - June 5, 2010)......$1000/wk. (Except Middlebury College Graduation)

Daily Rental (Except for Holidays):
Oct 24, 1009 - May 15, 2010.......$200/night. (3-night minimum, 4th night free).

Well behaved pre-approved dogs OK, pet fee-$25/day/pet (2 dogs maximum).

$100 cleaning fee. $500 refundable security/damage deposit. Plus 9% VT Rooms Tax.
