Grassy slope to beach - No dock at this time. Magnificent Adirondack & Green Mountain views. Screened porch. Large living room has air conditioner. One bedroom with full-sized bed. Sofa Bed has a queen-sized bed.
Remodeled kitchen has microwave, electric stove, & coffee maker. The 3/4 bath has updated stall shower.
Further amenities are Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, municipal water, & private beach.
Provided: Pots, pans, dishes, & utensils for kitchen. Blankets, pillows & comforters for sleeping. Outdoor gas grill. You provide – your own sheets & towels. Water shoes are highly recommended wading.
Parking is limited to 1 or 2 cars.
Well-behaved pets may be allowed. Contact us for approval. Absolutely no smoking.

Rental period is Sat. 3 P.M. to Sat. 10 A.M.
May 1st thru June 26th - $400 per week.
June 26th thru September 11th - $600 per week.
September 11th thru October 16th - $400 per week.
Plus 9% VT rooms tax.
Signed contract & Security Deposit due to save you rental period.
Security/damage deposit of $100 (refundable 3 weeks after rental).
Total rent & Rooms Tax due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
