Located on East Lakeshore Drive in Malletts Bay, this modern newly constructed 1700 square foot year-round home has all the features you're looking for. Built in 2007, the house has 2 large exterior decks with the lower deck literally a few stairs away from a beautiful sandy beach. There are no roads to cross or steep staircases to climb. There is plenty of off-street parking located in front of the building with additional parking just across the road. The beach and water quality are unmatched in this area and the view and sunsets are unobstructed and breathtaking. Enjoy beach campfires with firewood provided free with your rental. Moor your boat with the mooring provided or pull it up on the beach. Your rental includes a row boat and life jackets.
Inside, your master bedroom has queen-size bed, high definition LCD television and your own bath. The kitchen dining area seats 10 and is equipped with stainless appliances. The Game Room has full-sized pool table with the kids bunk-bed room just around the corner. Air conditioning and central heaters keep you comfortable while wireless internet keeps you in touch with your working friends. This house is outfitted with everything you will need for your vacation or business stay, and we are located on the Colchester bike path.

Off Peak Rates: September-May $1000 Week $200/Night (minimum 3-night stay)
$500 per week deposit to reserve
$400 Damage deposit due with rental balance upon check-in.
