Weekends: $1100 per night
Holidays: $1200 per night
Special Weekday rate (must take all three day excluding holidays)
Monday: $300 per night
Tuesday: $300 per night
Wednesday: $500 per night
Thanksgiving Holiday (3 night minimum)
Christmas Holiday (3 night minimum)
New Years (4 night minimum)
Martin Luther (3 night minimum)
Presidents Day (3 night minimum)
$200 Cleaning fee is required
$1000 Security Deposit is required and returned after inspection of the home.
