There is room for an additional small child in each bedroom ( + futon in living room makes a third double bed, if negotiated). The kitchen has all new appliances: fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, w/d, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc. LR includes 32" flat screen cable TV with DVD player, gas fireplace and futon. Bath includes marble tile with radiant heat. Bedrooms have new beds, sitting and writing areas. Finish work in butternut, cherry and pine. Wi-Fi throughout. Convenient parking at entrance which features a small deck.
In addition to dining service for six, basic kitchen supplies - such as coffee, tea, sugar, s & p, cooking oil, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. - are provided. All linens are provided. A gas grill is available.
There are 14 private acres which can be used for cross country skiing + 2 sledding slopes. The rear 5-acre field has an exercise track (is adjacent to a town park with tennis court, picnic area and ball field.) River frontage and views.

Ski Season: $150 Weekends & Holidays* (single night surcharge $50)
Mid-week: 2 nights $250, 3 nights $325, 4 nights $400, 5 nights $450
Summer Season: (after June 22) $125 Weekends & Holidays (2 night minimum)
Mid-week: $100/night (2 night minimum); Weekly: $500
9% VT Lodging Tax; $200 refundable damage deposit.
