All bedrooms have new beds + sitting/writing areas (room for small child). Futon (double) in living room.

Dining service for six. Kitchen goods - coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, cooking oil, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. provided. Linens are provided. Nine acres of cross country skiing bordering the river behind the house plus a sledding slope. A really nice place to stay.

Foliage & Ski Season:
$150/day weekends & holidays except Xmas/Presidents.
Mid-week: 2 days $250, 3 days $325, 4 days $400, 5 days $450.

The above rates are for up to 4 adults. 5 or 6 people using futon, add $25/day.
