Comfortable two-bedroom renovated cottage conveniently located near Burlington. A year-round house with wood floors, heat, and water from every window. Newly tiled bath on first floor and new carpet in one of the bedrooms, all other flooring is wood or laminate wood. On quiet cove at end of a one-mile lake, with lawn going to the waterfront. (The dock pictured above has been removed.) Peaceful, not a party house. Perfect writers' or lovers' retreat. Canoe, fishing rods to catch your dinner and a grill on which to cook it. Birding, walking and biking trails are all nearby. Furnished, with all linens, dishes, and food staples. One king-sized bed, a wrought iron double bed and a futon in the library comfortably accommodates two couples. Dogs are okay with prior authorization / extra deposit. Check in is anytime after 2pm. Check out is before 10am.
