This charming Austrian Alps chalet is located in Windham, VT. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8-9 people. One bedroom has a queen sized pillow-top mattress. Another bedroom has 2 twins. The third bedroom is arranged as 1 bunk bed with a twin captain's bed and trundle.

There are 2 living rooms with fireplaces. Relax in an over-sized microsuede couches as you are entertained by DirecTV, DVD, VCR, Xbox, or an assortment of boardgames and books. The other LR has a leather sectional with recliners & a twin daybed for an extra guest. There are 2 full baths with tubs (so helpful if you have children). The mudroom with washer and dryer is also important if you have children. Other amenities include a fully stocked large eat-in kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. The kitchen opens out into a dining room with seating for 10. In addition, there are 2 large decks with a gas grill.

No pets or smoking please. Owner has allergies

The rental can be shared by several families or couples. Get in touch with some old friends or college roommates and use it as a reunion retreat. Escape from your hectic life to a place without cell coverage, but it is available down in Londonderry if needed. Teenagers will actually have to spend time with the family!!

Summertime rates:
April 15 - Sept 15th: $1300/week.

Winter Ski Season Rates:
The cost of the season (Nov 15th - April 15th) is $6200 plus utilities. Homeowner will provide $200/month stipend towards heat.
Plowing, basic telephone, and DirecTV provided by homeowner.

All rentals less than 30 days are subject to a 9% VT Rooms tax.
$120 cleaning fee
$500 security deposit.
