Beautiful & luxurious Ascutney Mountain year-round rental. Village condo totally remodeled with full-size washer/dryer, 4-person sauna, large ski locker. Kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, granite counters, gas stove. We built this for our own use, not to rent, so consequently we spared no expense! Much to my husband's chagrin, I used top-of-the-line everything!! We spend the winter in Utah now, so we have decided to rent our condo.
Master bedroom beautifully appointed with queen-size bed. Spiral staircase downstairs to bunk room with 2 sets of bunks, 2nd bedroom has full-size futon/couch with twin bunk above. Premium mattresses on all beds with down comforters throughout. Bathrooms and downstairs entryway have heated tile flooring. Upstairs bedroom carpeted and kitchen & living room have "Tiger" wood flooring.
On-site skiing, indoor/outdoor swimming, fitness center, restaurant, child care and many other amenities at Ascutney's constantly-updated resort.
10 Minutes to Crown Point and Windsor Country Clubs. 35 minutes to Okemo, 40 to Bromley and Magic Mtn. Short walk to mapped hiking trails. 10-15 minute drive to 3 public lakes/ponds, movie theater, restaurants, shopping.

Weekend - $650.
Week - $850.
Month $1200, includes utilities.

Week - $1000.
Month $1500 + utilities.
PREFERRED: 5-month Seasonal - $7000 + utilities.
Christmas Week - $1500.
